Return Policy

RETURNS

• You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.
• Returns are subject to Return Shipping/Courier/Delivery Fee and a 10 % Return Handling Fee.
• Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, we will refund you in full within 14 days, less the Shipping Fee
• To initiate a return please log the return with our Returns Department by emailing info@rocakids.co.za with reasons for the return.
• All returns are subject to inspection and pre-approval.
• The items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Please ensure that goods are well packaged when sending with Courier.

DAMAGES

• Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt of goods by Courier.
• If there are any defects or damages please report them to us within 24-hours by emailing info@rocakids.co.za
• Please provide full description of damages with accompanying photographs.
• Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability.
• If it is found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.
