We really want you to be happy with your Roca product so if you have any problems upon arrival of your goods please talk to us:

We would however like you to please consider the following:

  • The items must be in their original condition.
  • Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the date of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail to info@rocakids.co.za”
  • Requests to return goods have to be received within 7 days of having taken delivery.
  • Returns are handled on a case by case basis and are subject to pre-approval.
  • The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • All custom made orders are made especially for you are not subject to returns, cancellations or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • Please note all items are subject to availability.

Roca assumes no liability for orders shipped/delivered to incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.

Please note that we can’t be held liable for non performance of third party supplier products but will do our best to replace or compensate you.

  • Whilst our furniture is subject to slight colour changes over an extended period of time due to the nature of the spray paint used we do however provide a guarantee of one year for products and will opt to repair or even replace in the unlikely event of manufacturer faults.

If the return is as a result of a slip up on our side we will cover the costs of collection if it is a return at your request we will be obliged to ask you to cover the cost.


Please note that once you have placed your order and the payment has been made we will confirm receipt via email.

As all items are made to order production lead times are as follows:

  • Delivery Days: During office hours (Monday to Friday)
  • After hours delivery is subject to quotation and availability.
  • We will give you sufficient notice of the intended delivery for the furniture items.
  • Delivery is for a 50km radius from CBD for all furniture products
  • National delivery subject to quotation
  • Limitations: Maximum of 3 flights of stairs
  • Delivery includes unwrapping and removal of packaging and placing of item.
  • Delivery costs will be automatically calculated once you enter your zone for delivery
  • All decor items are couriered
  • Delivery charges are calculated on delivery address and added to shopping cart at check out.
  • If the delivery address changes it is subject to quotation
